Avalon Swiss Properties AG is an independent Swiss real estate company focusing on high-quality residential and multi-family properties. We concentrate on the acquisition, development, and long-term management of premium multi-family houses and residential properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Head of Property Management / Head of Property Administration who will take operational responsibility for managing our real estate portfolio and professionally oversee our properties.

Your Responsibilities:

• Professional and personnel management of the property management department
• Responsibility for the professional management of our real estate portfolio
• Control and supervision of internal and external management processes
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation projects
• Responsibility for budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Ensuring efficient rental processes and a high level of service quality
• Close collaboration with the executive management

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Completed commercial training and further education in the real estate sector, preferably as a federally certified real estate trustee, or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience as well as strong organisational and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of tenancy law and the Swiss real estate market
• Independent, structured working style and high quality awareness
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
