- Management of personnel and operational processes together with the department head
- Ensuring a stable and efficient ward operation
- Promotion and support of the professional and personal development of employees

- Active further development of processes and structures
- Promotion of constructive interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
Your Profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the medical field
- Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
- High social and self-competence
- Strong organisational skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- High personal responsibility and commitment
- Willingness to actively shape change
- Enjoyment in promoting and developing employees
- Ability to develop sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing routine
