The Wisli Foundation, based in Bülach, has been committed for over 40 years to the social and professional integration of people with mental health impairments. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of housing, work, and work integration. Case Manager Work Integration 60% (all)

Case management accompanies participants assigned by the Disability Insurance (IV) from entry to exit through the various measures. The goal is reintegration into the open labour market.

Your tasks

• Coordination, case management and responsibility for the professional integration process of the assigned mandates
• Active support of participants in job and placement search
• Potential and resource analysis of participants
• Case discussions and writing reports and monitoring for the referring agencies Cooperation with companies, authorities, insurance companies as well as internal departments

Your profile

• Education at HF/FH level in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing or Business
• Further training in Case Management, Work Integration or Supported Employment
• Proven experience in the professional integration of adults with mental health limitations and/or difficult life situations
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) as well as confident German in spoken and written form (level C2)
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
