Your tasks

• Leading the traffic control group operationally and organisationally
• Monitoring working hours and expense reimbursements of subordinate employees via the planning and reporting system E3
• Introducing new employees
• Co-assessing the performance of employees (MAG – employee appraisals)
• Planning and conducting traffic police controls
• Processing detected offences in the reporting area
• Patrol duties

Your profile

• Completed police training (BBT, certificate etc.)
• Completed police leadership courses I and II (SPI) or willingness to complete them
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Strong interest in traffic police matters
• Independent working style and decisiveness
• Team-oriented behaviour
