To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable individual as

Trust Officer (60–100 %)

Your Tasks

• Independent management of financial accounting for various SMEs
• Management and processing of payroll accounting
• Preparation and review of VAT returns
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Support with social security declarations and year-end processing
• Correspondence with clients, tax offices, social security institutions, and other authorities
• General trust and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial training, ideally with experience in trust services
• Professional experience in a trust company is an advantage
• Good knowledge of financial and payroll accounting
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office
• Experience with Infoniqa ONE 50 or comparable trust/accounting software is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct contact with clients and varied tasks
