As a multi-branch manager, you actively support our insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes and contribute to our clients’ satisfaction.

What You Can Achieve With Us

Your main mission is to support the insurance and pension advisors. Additionally, you ensure the link between them and our specialised services at the Management level.

Thanks to your organisational skills and ease with administrative tasks, you prepare offers, process proposals, and coordinate appointments.

In collaboration with our insurance and pension advisors, you create the necessary conditions for optimal client case handling.

What You Bring

• Training as a commercial employee
• Professional experience in the private insurance sector
• A personality that enjoys direct client contact and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and with a pragmatic approach
• Authentic, empathetic nature with good interpersonal skills
• Willingness for continuous development
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Holding the AFA Certification, multi-branch, would be an asset

Your workload within our agency is 100%. 

To perform this role, the Insurance Supervision Act requires the AFA insurance intermediary training, non-life and life profile. If this certificate is not available, we will gladly assist you by organising tailored internal training.
