What I do
- You operate and programme bonding machines and ensure a stable, high-quality manufacturing process.
- You carry out precise work steps such as die bonding, wire bonding as well as potting and underfilling processes conscientiously.
- You work under the microscope with the finest tools and assemble components exactly and cleanly.
- You actively contribute to quality assurance and consistently ensure clean, structured teamwork.
What it takes
- You have a strong understanding of precise and clean work as well as a good eye for detail.
- Ideally, you bring experience in electronics manufacturing or handling sensitive components.
- You have experience in soldering or knowledge according to IPC standards – or are motivated to learn.
- You are a team player, reliable, and approach tasks with concentration and responsibility.
