Your Tasks
- Supporting residents with basic care and daily activities
- Monitoring health status and passing on relevant information
- Accompanying through the day with time, patience and heart
- Creating security, orientation and a sense of belonging
- Close collaboration in a small, well-coordinated team
What You Bring
- Completed SRK nursing assistant training (mandatory)
- Experience in caring for people with dementia preferred
- Empathy, patience and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Responsible, reliable working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
