Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring technical systems
- Regularly inspecting and assessing the properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
- Conducting fault analyses and corresponding measures
- Coordinating and performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Receiving and independently processing inquiries as a contact person for the customer
- On-call duty

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in janitorial services or building technology
- Several years of experience in managing complex building technical systems
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use internal programs
- Driving license category B is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty
