We are looking for a young, motivated individual to strengthen our gardening team and simultaneously support our apprentices on their journey. With us, you don’t just maintain green spaces – you pass on your knowledge, empower young people and make a difference.

Start: immediately or by arrangement

• You maintain and design our garden facilities as well as green spaces at customers and partner companies.
• You independently carry out smaller gardening tasks and adjustments.
• You take care of lawns, shrubs, perennials and seasonal flowers.
• You assist with maintenance work on paths and squares as well as winter services.
• You accompany and train our apprentices and pass on your expertise in a practical way.
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection.

• Professional training Federal VET Diploma as Gardener
• Ideally the trainer course – or willingness to complete it
• Joy in plants, design and practical work
• Independence, reliability and a good dose of initiative
• Enjoyment in contact with people and a good sense for young adults
• Team spirit, humour and assertiveness
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills
