About the job
We are a medium-sized SME 6 company and employ around 210 committed employees as a customer-oriented and innovatively managed family business. We are among the largest companies in Switzerland in the field of scrap processing and precious metal recovery. We operate in the areas of recycling, sales and disposal, logistics as well as dismantling and demolition.
To expand our mechanic team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual as an operations mechanic to start immediately or by arrangement.
Main tasks
- Commissioning of machines and systems
- General maintenance tasks
- Repair and preventive maintenance of all machines
- Carrying out mechanical overhauls
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery mechanic or production mechanic
- Good technical understanding, especially in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics and control
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of shredding and conveyor technology are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance or assembly
- High commitment and strong self-motivation
- Flexible, motivated and reliable personality
