In this versatile and exciting role, you will support and replace as XXXXXX the operational units of XXXXX

Your tasks:

- Opening and closing the reception
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing the telephone switchboard and mailing
- Managing badges, keys, and small equipment
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Managing conference rooms
- Various reservations
- Various administrative tasks

Your profile:

- First confirmed experience in reception/welcoming
- Excellent presentation
- BILINGUAL French/German MANDATORY
- English B2
- Proficient in common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
- Customer-oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible / Autonomous
- Hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (Friday 4:30 pm)
