Senior Partner Success Manager (m/f/d) 100%

What to expect from us:

• You are the first point of contact for our fiduciary partners and accompany them throughout their entire journey with bexio – from the first contact to the successful use of our solution.
• In exciting product demos, inspiring academies and interactive webinars, you show how simple and effective bexio can be used, and actively sell training and enablement offers for our partners.
• You build long-term, trusting relationships with our partners – online and by phone 
• You handle partner and customer cases, deal professionally with complaints and actively work on winning back dissatisfied or inactive customers.
• You work closely with teams such as support, product management and marketing to understand and implement the wishes and needs of our partners.
• With your creativity and commitment, you actively contribute to the development and implementation of our go-to-market strategy and help us strengthen the fiduciary channel at bexio even more.

What we expect from you:

• A completed commercial education including further training and 4–5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales are your foundation.
• You speak the language of our customers. Terms like "chart of accounts", "annual financial statement" or "VAT" are not foreign words to you – ideally, you come directly from the fiduciary/accounting environment or have sold software to this industry.
• You love working with business customers and bring experience in partner or account management.
• Training and webinars are your home turf. With your expertise and charisma, you gain the trust of fiduciaries and inspire them for our solutions.
• A can-do mentality, initiative, team spirit and the ability to quickly grasp even complex topics characterise you.
• You are open, communicative and know how to enthuse people at all levels.
• German is your mother tongue, and you shine with very good English skills – French or Italian would be a great plus.
