We are looking for a Trainee Quality Management (m/f/d) to complement our global team and jointly further develop quality in all areas of our company – from production to innovation.

Are you eager to get to know different areas of quality management? Would you like to actively participate in improvement projects and contribute your own ideas? Are you interested in the processes behind the quality of our products?
Then this trainee position is just right for you! You will dive into different departments, take on exciting tasks, and develop a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• get to know various areas of quality management – from production quality to supplier quality to innovation quality.
• take on concrete tasks such as moderating improvement projects, FMEA moderation, and leading Six Sigma projects.
• rotate through different departments to develop a holistic understanding of quality assurance.
• conduct inspection planning and incoming goods inspections and accompany initial sample projects.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have completed a master’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a comparable qualification.
• are enthusiastic about quality management and have a strong affinity for production processes.
• ideally have gained initial experience in process and project management.
• are fluent in German and English.
• work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and are an organizational talent.
• bring initiative, commitment, and teamwork skills.
