To complete the team of the Psychopedagogical and Health Department, we are looking for one or two Certified Psychologist(s) (M/F) at a work rate of 95% or 50% and 45%.
Mission
Provide services intended for residents, workers, and beneficiaries of the institution, in the fields of prevention, psychological assessment, and therapy. Offer support to the teams that accompany them, as well as in emergency situations.
Responsibilities
Carry out psychological or psychotechnical assessments, as well as functional ASD assessments (ComVoor, TTAP, EFI, etc.) necessary to understand the situation and support the person concerned.
Ensure the implementation and follow-up of individual and group therapeutic interviews with the persons concerned.
Apply a structured, predictable, and respectful approach to sensory particularities by working notably on autonomy, communication, and emotional regulation.
Develop an annual support report for each person followed in collaboration with other network members.
Provide support interventions to accompanying teams and life groups/workshops, including awareness-raising on ASD particularities.
Intervene, upon request, in emergency or crisis situations.
Actively participate in various sessions, supervisions, and interdisciplinary meetings of the team and service.
Collaborate within the team of psychologists and the psychopedagogical service, as well as with various organizations and members of the internal and external network.
Carry out administrative tasks related to the follow-up of residents and the function.
Desired Profile
Recognized Master’s degree in psychology
Confirmed experience and skills with adults with intellectual disabilities, adults with ASD, with and without intellectual disabilities, as well as complex profiles
Solid understanding of the autism spectrum and its comorbidities and sensitivity to inclusive approaches and neurodiversity
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills, sense of priorities and responsibilities
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, as well as interface with different internal and external partners
Sense of public service, ethics, and respect for the professional code of conduct
Ability to evaluate one’s actions and develop skills
Proficiency in common computer tools
