What you will do here
- Work on the societal and social aspects of agriculture including alpine farming
- Support the lecturers in teaching in the field of agricultural sociology
- Collaborate in ongoing and future research projects Agricultural Sociology | BFH
- We recommend completing a Master’s degree at HAFL alongside the position and possibly writing a Master’s thesis on a topic within the research group
What you ideally bring
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (University of Applied Sciences, University or ETH) in Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, Agronomy or a related field
- Experience in the field of agriculture (studies, internship, family background etc.)
- Experience in social science methodology and possibly agricultural sociology
- Curiosity and motivation to work in a small team on various, often interdisciplinary topics
- Preferably native French speaker with good knowledge of German
