WIRmachenDRUCK AG is one of the leading online printing companies in Switzerland. In our modern production facility in Baar, we process and package high-quality printed products for customers throughout Switzerland – quickly, precisely, and reliably. For our team, we are looking for a dedicated operator (m/f/d) for digital printing production who supports our team on site. After a short on-site training, you will be fully integrated into the production process and ensure that our print jobs are executed efficiently and with high quality. We place great value on your development and offer a variety of training and further education opportunities in our WIRmachenDRUCK Academy to continuously expand your skills.
Your Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of our modern digital printing machines
- Ensuring a smooth production process (quality, deadlines, efficiency)
- Responsibility for production planning in daily business
- Support and deputize for the production manager
- Coordination with finishing, logistics, and customer service
- Quality control and optimization of production processes
- Maintenance and care of machines in cooperation with technical partners
- Participation in the setup of new production areas (e.g., LFP, textiles)
- Training and support of employees in the production environment
Your Profile
- Completed training in printing (e.g., media technologist, printing technologist)
- Several years of experience in digital printing (ideally HP Indigo)
- Solid experience with HP Indigo 120K as well as corresponding training and system knowledge
- Support and collaboration in operating LFP production machines
- First leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility
- Technical understanding and high problem-solving skills
- Structured, independent, and efficient working style
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
