For our studio in Biel, we are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) as of (immediately/or by arrangement).
What you achieve
The purpose of the role as Operations Manager (m/f/d) is to ensure that our customer-relevant standards are implemented. This includes, in addition to the well-known instructor/trainer activities, the following tasks:
Ensuring the implementation of standards within the studio
Personnel deployment planning
Employee leadership
Deputising for the managing director in their absence
Use of common IT systems
What sets you apart
Completed Kieser instructor training
Preferably at least 2 years of experience at Kieser
French skills at least at B1 level, with motivation to improve to C1
You have completed vocational training in the fitness and health sector
You like to take responsibility, including for the work results of your employees and team colleagues
You enjoy leading people, are sociable and able to build relationships, and place great value on team stability
