Your responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers, being able to respond to their needs during the sales conversation
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Manage and handle repairs, returns, complaints
• Be able to identify developments and new trends in retail and implement them daily
• Be able to manage merchandise management processes provided by IT systems
• Communicate through various channels
• Work within different teams

Your profile

• You can easily interact with people, even if you don't know them. You can convince people with positive and winning ways
• You will convey your innate sense for trends
• You have completed your secondary school education with good grades
• You can communicate in a foreign language
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and evenings
