Project Manager: Order Processing

About the job

Our projects are developed in close collaboration with international B2B partners and require coordinated cooperation across multiple departments.

For this role, we are looking for a person who works in a structured manner, takes responsibility, and reliably manages projects.

Your task

You will oversee customer projects from order processing to delivery. In doing so, you coordinate the collaboration of all parties involved and ensure that requirements are clarified and projects are reliably implemented in terms of deadlines, quality, and costs.

The role is centrally managed from our headquarters in Frauenfeld. Project management is conducted via our webshop and Microsoft Teams in close coordination with internal and external partners.

What you will do with us

• You handle projects for our international B2B partners
• You coordinate collaboration between customers, sales, workshop planning, production, and logistics
• You clarify technical requirements and support solution finding
• You create and maintain project documentation, technical documents, and schedules
• You monitor project progress, deadlines, costs, and quality
• You prepare project meetings and conduct them internally and externally
• You prepare post-calculations and evaluate projects
• You support export logistics during holiday absences and take on tasks such as DHL shipments and the creation of transport orders
• You contribute to the optimisation of processes and workflows
• You conduct training sessions for internal teams and our B2B partners
• You represent Sky-Frame in exchanges with our partners

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training (e.g. design, metal construction, carpentry, or comparable)
• Further training in project management or technology, with willingness to develop further
• Initial experience in an industrial or technical environment is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office 365, ERP and ideally CAD)
• Technical understanding, spatial imagination, and material knowledge
• Enjoyment in working with international partners
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
