We are looking for a new team member in the role as

Production Planner (m/f/d)- 100%

Location:  Mezzovico (TI), Switzerland

Type of Contract: permanent employment

Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities

Shift:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop collaborative demand plans by partnering closely with Business Units and customers.
• Build and maintain the Master Schedule, ensuring accurate material and capacity planning within the ERP system.
• Create and execute a feasible production plan, working cross‑functionally to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor revenue performance, forecast accurately, and drive corrective actions when targets are at risk.
• Improve planning processes, automate standard workflows, and enhance site capabilities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, with SAP (P02) experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of materials or planning experience (preferred) and a solid understanding of logistics requirements.
• Coding skills in Python (Pandas/Numpy/OS) to support automation and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret and create operational documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian, further languages are a strong plus
