In this versatile and exciting role, you are responsible for the friendly customer reception as well as the smooth operation of the reception for our client at the St. Gallen location. This is a permanent hourly position with a float function, where you cover vacation and sick leave.
Workday:
Every Friday
Your main tasks:
- Reception and care of customers, employees, and suppliers
- Management of access control (badge, etc.)
- Management and reservation of meeting rooms as well as catering service
- Check-in for craftsmen
- Distribution and reordering of office supplies
- Mail management (acceptance and distribution in mailboxes)
- Orders for half-fare travelcards and general subscriptions
Your profile:
- Completed basic vocational training EFZ in the commercial field as well as professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Fluent German skills as well as basic knowledge of French and English
- Very good MS Office skills and affinity for working with various internal programs
- High service orientation and independent working style
- Networked thinking
- Winning appearance
- Flexibility in the float function
