Job Description

• You ensure that the restaurant, bar, as well as event and seminar rooms run smoothly
• As a host, you are the first point of contact for guests and the team
• You support the F&B Manager in all administrative tasks
• You take on responsibility for well-maintained and inviting gastronomic areas
• You are responsible for quality management and professional complaint management
• With your organisational talent, you always keep an overview of all processes
• With your experience in the area of meetings & events as well as service, you bring the necessary know-how
• You lead shifts and act responsibly
• You conduct regular on-the-job training for employees

Qualifications

• You have a completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Reliability, motivation and team spirit characterise you – you like to pitch in
• You have very good German and English skills – any additional language is a plus
• You enjoy dealing with people – guests and colleagues feel your positive charisma
• With creativity and passion, you create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• You contribute to the team working harmoniously together and all processes running smoothly
