We are looking for a versatile concierge to join our team in Lausanne. In this key role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the offices, ensuring an optimal and secure working environment for our employees and visitors. Your mission

• Technical maintenance and general control of offices in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinate and ensure follow-up of services from external companies and contractors on equipment and installations
• Management of alarms and break-ins
• Opening and closing of doors
• Technical support for employees (breakdowns, defects)
• Supervision of cleaning and maintenance of offices
• Emergency interventions as needed (deliveries, mail, purchases, troubleshooting, etc.)

Your profile

• CFC of concierge or steward
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge in building technology
• Versatile knowledge and skills in technical maintenance
• Fluency in French
• A friendly, communicative, and cooperative personality
• Organized, autonomous, and trustworthy person
• Open to split shifts
