What you can look forward to:

• You bear professional responsibility for the diet and special diets of our patients, from planning to implementation.
• You are the interface to nutritional counselling and nursing for individual diets, allergies and intolerances.
• You work as a full member of the kitchen team in all positions, including the à la carte restaurant and smaller events.
• You ensure HACCP and allergen management in the diet area and help develop the processes.
• You help shape the training of our apprentice cooks EFZ and pass on your knowledge to apprentices and nursing staff.

We are pleased about:

• Cook EFZ with federal specialist certificate as diet cook or in training for it; we support you in completing it.
• Experience with diet and special diets, ideally in hospital, rehab or care home settings.
• Precise, independent working style and a good sense of patients’ needs.
• Enjoyment of teamwork, creative cooking and imparting knowledge.
• Openness to digital work tools (menu recording, ordering system) and willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rota.
