Your Challenge

Support the 1st Line of Defense in processing complex client dossiers (KYC) and in onboarding new clients
Contribute to implementations with front-end relevance and closely collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Client Lifecycle Management
Support in coordination and analysis within the group as well as with external specialist departments
Assist in the development and execution of training and reporting to ensure high standards

Your Profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship in the banking sector or fiduciary services, ideally with specialized further training
Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in finance or fiduciary services in the areas of Compliance or Risk Management
KYC experience is an advantage
Flair for project and process management
Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
High willingness to perform as well as solution-oriented and pragmatic thinking and action
Open, flexible, communicative, and enthusiastic personality with a pronounced service orientation
