For our STWEG team in Basel we are looking for an experienced property manager to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a portfolio with STWEG properties
• Ensuring property maintenance and coordinating maintenance and repair orders
• Preparing condition reports, budget planning and year-end closing work in cooperation with accounting
• Preparation and conduct of delegate, STWEG and MEG meetings
• Written and personal contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
