We believe that inclusion is key to understanding people’s varied healthcare needs. Together, we embrace individuality and share a passion for exceptional care. Join Roche, where every voice matters.

The Position

At Roche, we advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.

Our People and Culture vision is built on the premise that what makes companies great is people, and analytics is able to unlock their full potential.

The People Insights & Technology team aims to unleash exponential people and business impact through data-driven decisions, surfacing actionable insights and embracing people-centric technology.

We are looking for an Insights Partner who possesses the dual ability to proficiently analyze data, while also being adept at adopting a consultative approach to transition from data to valuable insights and effectively narrate a compelling story. By doing so, you will establish a strong foundation of trust and credibility, positioning yourself as a strategic partner for senior leaders. Your role will involve understanding needs and delivering insights that inform high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand customer needs as well as People Insights solutions and capabilities in order to provide relevant people insights, inform high-impact decisions, and improve both people and business outcomes.

  • Bridge the gap between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders by blending analytical proficiency with empathy and high-level communication skills.

  • Directly manage People Insights projects to enhance customer satisfaction and impact by collecting structured feedback, creating shared vision, and enabling stakeholder success.

  • Contribute to the development of new People Insights solutions by collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues, understanding potential impact on both people and business outcomes, and leveraging your network of strategic relationships.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in a related field such as math, business, or psychology.

  • Significant experience with consulting, guiding customers to solve challenges by asking questions, actively listening, and ultimately positioning relevant solutions.

  • Experience operating in a large corporate environment with strong business acumen to understand corporate business levers and the need for pragmatism.

  • Polished communicator with the ability to evangelize data-driven solutions to a wide range of stakeholders through visualization and storytelling.

  • Valued team member and effective collaborator within cross-functional squads.

  • General analytical fluency in key topics such as statistics, visualization, survey methodology, and data management.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and react quickly and strategically to changing priorities.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Experience

Ideally you bring Technical Product and/or Project Management experience and experience with HR data (HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.) and Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.). Consulting experience within top-tier strategy consultancy firms with a track record of Executive/Senior Executive exposure is a plus.
