As Head of Finance & Controlling, you are the central contact person for the entire accounting of the von Rotz Group. You report directly to the Head of Administration and are responsible for accounting, financial statements, and controlling across all companies - hands-on. You prepare the financial statements yourself, review the accounting yourself, and ensure the figures are correct.
In addition to the operational day-to-day business, you lead a team of 6 people and act as a sparring partner for the Head of Administration and the management in financial matters.

Head of Finance & Controlling 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- Financial accounting & annual financial statements: You are responsible for and prepare the accounting of all companies, conduct individual and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, and accompany the audit process
- Liquidity & holding structure: You monitor liquidity across the entire holding structure, carry out liquidity planning, settle intercompany charges, and manage foreign currencies
- Real estate & banks: You support real estate financing (mortgages, debt/equity ratio) and prepare bank meetings, which are conducted together with management
- Taxes: You ensure the correct handling of VAT returns and direct taxes, in cooperation with external specialists
- Budgeting & controlling: You prepare key figures and reports and support the department heads in budget preparation
- Leadership: You lead a team of 6 people both professionally and personally - with your own operational share
Professional competencies:
- You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g. certified finance and accounting specialist, certified expert in accounting and controlling, university of applied sciences degree or equivalent)
- You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a holding structure with multiple companies
- You have solid knowledge in preparing individual and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You demonstrate an understanding of Swiss tax law (VAT, direct taxes) - taxes and coordination are carried out in cooperation with external specialists
- You have experience in liquidity management across a holding structure as well as in foreign currency management
- You have a good understanding of real estate financing (mortgages, debt/equity understanding, bank financing)
- You have proven experience in the professional and personal leadership of teams
Advantageous:
- You have experience in the automotive industry or car trade
- You have experience in supporting audits
- You have an innovative and digital mindset and are ready to actively further develop financial processes with new technologies
- You have knowledge in building internal control systems (ICS) and risk management
