• Careful maintenance and control of prices in SAP for national customers
• Weekly review of purchase and sales prices
• Analysis of prices and margins
• Handling of customer complaints and concerns
• Maintenance of customer relationships
• Oral and written coordination with customers
• Close cooperation with the key account, sales manager, team leader, marketing and purchasing
• General organizational and administrative tasks

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ), ideally with further education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in internal sales
• Experience in a trading company is an advantage
• Ideally experience in the gastronomy/food industry
• Committed, thoughtful personality with high personal responsibility
• You are ambitious and think solution-oriented
• Confident German skills, additional languages are an advantage
