Your task: More than just leading
You take overall responsibility for an organisation with around 250 employees (3 locations and a SPITEX organisation) – and actively shape the future of integrated care in the Schwarzenburgerland.

• You lead the municipal association operašv – personnel-wise, financially and organisationally
• You further develop the organisation and adapt services to new needs
• You ensure a healthy financial basis
• You strengthen quality and further develop the QM system
• You build networks with municipalities, canton and partners
• You work closely with the board and actively shape the strategy
