You think entrepreneurially and act service-oriented? As a Facility Manager at ISS, you lead employees, personally support customers, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks:

• Organisation and control of cleaning processes according to the service specification
• Leadership and training of approx. 18 employees
• Personnel, deployment, holiday and substitution planning
• Ensuring qualitative and quantitative cleaning services
• Conducting quality controls and implementing improvement measures
• Handling customer concerns and complaints as well as reporting to the supervisor
• Checking time reports, materials and machines as well as compliance with cost centre budgets
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and customer regulations

Your profile:

• Completed training as a building cleaner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in maintenance, basic and specialised cleaning
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Impeccable reputation
