Group Leader Cleaning, Mattenhof Location

Tasks

• You ensure professional cleaning and guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety and quality regulations to maintain cleanliness and preserve the value of properties, furniture and equipment.
• You contribute to the development and implementation of goals and the resulting projects.
• You lead and promote the employees of the housekeeping service and plan their economical deployment.
• You support employees and trainees in professional matters and ensure occupational safety and compliance with company standards.
• You are active in the daily cleaning and housekeeping operations and take on additional duties in other areas (e.g. hospitality) and at company events as required.

Profile

• Enjoyment in contact with residents, high quality standards and service orientation
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in professional cleaning, ideally in healthcare
• Completed training at EFZ level, preferably leadership training and the vocational trainer course
• Good oral and written German skills, at least level B2
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style and willingness to work irregular hours and weekends

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 70,300 to CHF 93,936 (100%) depending on experience.

The Health Centre for the Elderly Mattenhof in Zurich-Schwamendingen in District 12 combines various care and support services under one roof and is distinguished by many years of experience in geriatric medicine.
