Professional Pension Manager (100%)
Your Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of professional pension ;
- Native French speaker, knowledge of German (B2), or English (B2) required ;
- Great rigor, interpersonal skills, service orientation, organizational and communication skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise and inform clients (insured and/or employees) on all aspects related to pensions ;
- Assume all tasks related to the professional pension of the insured, from their affiliation to their exit (processing changes, encouraging home ownership, divorce in professional pension, buyback, etc.) ;
- Handle work incapacity in coordination with the pension fund reinsurer and the client's human resources ;
- Support for annual closing work, including reconciliations between management and accounting ;
- Collaborate with experts, actuaries, accountants, and lawyers.
