Your area of responsibility
Divisional-operational part:
- You develop, implement, and evaluate our Learning Roadmap with a focus on future-oriented leadership development, AI upskilling, and change management skills
- You design and implement a group-wide mentoring program for Corporate Functions and Finance
- You participate in course administration in Workday (LMS) and maintain our learning offerings in close cooperation with administrative support
- You evaluate external partners and conduct negotiations to ensure high-quality educational offerings
Group-level strategic part:
- You manage the group-wide Performance Dialogue (performance system) and the Group Competency Model
- You lead the group-wide Workday-related professional community "Evaluation & Development" and ensure knowledge transfer
- You coordinate the divisions (Business/Expert knowledge, Directing, Regulations, Auditing, Reporting, Coordinating, Orchestrating) and advise management on evaluation & development issues
Your strengths
- You bring several years of professional experience in Learning & Development at both operational and strategic levels – ideally in an international corporate environment
- You have solid experience in designing modern learning formats, especially for leaders and in the AI field
- You are experienced in dealing with demanding stakeholders and act confidently in a multi-divisional and multinational organization
- You possess strong conceptual skills, project management experience, implementation strength, and pragmatism
- You communicate and negotiate confidently – in German and English
