Head of AVOR/PPS & Purchasing (m/f/d)

Your mission with us – You take our AVOR/PPS to the next level:

• You assume overall responsibility for AVOR/PPS as well as the purchasing of materials and services for plastic injection moulding, CNC turning and our assembly of modules.
• You lead and further develop your team and ensure an optimal distribution of the workload.
• You create production orders taking into account customer orders, delivery capability and capacities.
• You are responsible for requirements analyses, material procurement and supplier management and negotiate conditions and deadlines.
• You actively drive the automation and digitalisation of AVOR/PPS – including the targeted use of AI.
• You ensure quality standards, delivery dates and cost targets and work closely with production, sales and logistics.

What you bring – Your profile as a leader:

• Completed technical training, ideally as a polymechanic with further education (e.g. technician HF, production specialist).
• Several years of professional and ideally leadership experience in the field of AVOR/PPS and/or purchasing in a manufacturing industrial company.
• Technical background in CNC turning is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for digitalisation, automation and artificial intelligence. Experience with ERP systems, confident MS Office skills and negotiation skills.
• Convincing appearance, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking; very good German skills, French/English an advantage.
