About the job

For our front office team, we are looking for a committed addition starting from the upcoming summer season 2026. Entry by arrangement - from mid-April.

We take care of a variety of guests in the hotel and the surrounding chalet apartments.

Friendliness and high service quality are important to us.

Member of Private Selection Hotels and The Originals.

You support our reception team in daily operations, whether in caring for our partly international guests as well as Swiss and European regular customers.

For this, we use the PMS program Protel, as well as the online check-in straiv and smart host in guest communication.

We are supported in daily pricing by hotelparter in yield management.
In addition to the usual administrative tasks, we are in direct contact with guests.

Furthermore, you contribute your personality to the team and apply your professional knowledge to meet the high expectations of Kirchbühl service quality.

Area of responsibility depending on knowledge, wishes, and team.

You have reception training and more or less professional experience.

Processes at a modern reception are familiar to you and the commercial basics are solid. Reception language is German.

We communicate with guests in German, English, and possibly French.
Additional language skills can certainly be used with corresponding guests.
