About the job

Within International Cooperation, you act as an intermediary between investigations by foreign supervisory authorities and market participants in Switzerland.
 

• Independent handling of requests submitted by foreign authorities
• Support to the International Cooperation group in processing complex administrative assistance requests
• Contribution to drafting decisions and managing appeal procedures
• Possibly, participation in on-site inspections and hearings (depending on availability)

• Completed studies in law
• Interest in issues related to financial market law
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Efficient and precise working method
• Fluency in French and Italian (level C2), as well as very good knowledge of German and English (B2)
