Your Tasks
- In close coordination with the nursing management and hospital management, you share responsibility for the quality of nursing care in inpatient units, taking into account economic aspects, as well as for personnel management, personnel development, leadership and consulting of the department
- Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring the organisation of operational workflows and processes while observing quality requirements in your area
- You participate in (multiprofessional) projects and concept developments and contribute your expertise to the evaluation of nursing documentation, guidelines and nursing standards
- Another focus of your tasks lies in the areas of nursing development, hygiene and quality management
Your Profile
- You have several years of professional experience in nursing, preferably in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy
- You possess leadership skills, are creative, reliable, goal- and solution-oriented
- Your personality is characterised by high social competence, loyalty, ability to cooperate and organisational talent
- In addition, you have a pronounced ability to work in a team – especially in a multiprofessional sense – and a commitment appropriate to the role
- Identification with the goals of the hospital and the nursing service should be a matter of course for you
- A completed three-year training in health and nursing care or elderly care including several years of professional experience
- A completed degree in nursing management or willingness to complete one
- Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
- A purposeful, cooperative leadership style and the ability to motivate employees in a team-oriented manner
