About the job
Activities- Independently carrying out administrative tasks, including document management, correspondence and filing
- Coordinating appointments, meetings and events as well as managing calendars
- Maintaining ERP data, cash management
- Coordinating payments to clients
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other administrative documents
- Communicating with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth collaboration
- Managing office supplies and orders
- Assisting with daily operations at the information point / counter / care tasks
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or equivalent practical professional experience (at least office specialist diploma)
- Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, but career changers are also welcome
- Very good knowledge and use of MS Office applications
- Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate tasks independently
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement or criminal records)
- German: written C1, spoken C1
