In your role as Head of Energy and Railway Technology, you take responsibility for our electrical engineering systems and shape the technical future of the Jungfrau Railways together with your team.

Head of Energy / Railway Technology

Your tasks

• Technical, personnel and organisational management of the Energy and Railway Technology department
• Leadership and further development of the organisational unit with 4 directly subordinate employees and around 30 employees in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring a safe, economical and sustainable operation of the electrical engineering systems
• Maintenance and investment planning in the field of energy and railway technology
• Coordination and assurance of energy trading (tariff systems, supply contracts, connection fees, etc.)
• Management and client representation of investment projects
• Collaboration and representation of the company in internal and external expert committees

Your profile

• Degree as a FH Electrical Engineer or HF Technician in Electrical Engineering as well as business management training
• Specialist further training in the field of energy supply, railway technology or infrastructure facilities
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a technical environment
• Experience in managing investment and infrastructure projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced organisational and planning skills
• Convincing personality with high social competence, assertiveness and enjoyment in leading employees
