The 3-year training program for the Retail Specialist EFZ "Creating Shopping Experiences in Perfumery" is very versatile, as you will gain exciting insights into many different areas of activity as a trainee in our team.

These Tasks await you:

• Learning professional sales conversations for successful advice and service to our customers
  
• Gradually acquiring expertise about all our product categories: care, make-up, and fragrance
  
• Providing an attractive product range and presenting our products
  
• Managing and securing the goods
  
• Getting to know inventory management, assisting with inventory, and performing cleaning tasks
  
• Internal online e-learning tool
