Certified Nurse HF/DNII
as RAI Specialist Responsibility 40-50%
Your tasks
- Professional responsibility for the correct and timely nursing needs assessment using RAI
- Planning, coordination and review of RAI assessments
- Ensuring complete and high-quality nursing documentation
- Advising and supporting the nursing team on all RAI-related questions
- Checking RAI assessments for plausibility and completeness
- Accompanying and training staff in the RAI area
- Close collaboration with the nursing management team to ensure and further develop nursing quality
- Participation in direct care to get to know the guests personally and ensure a well-founded RAI assessment
Your profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Good RAI knowledge desired
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
