Your Tasks
- Together with our interdisciplinary team, you will treat patients with subacute psychological and social problems in a day clinic setting.
- After thorough training, you will lead group therapies and accompany patients through the structured therapy process.
- As a nursing specialist, you will design the daily programme, observe and analyse group dynamics, and document the treatment progress in our hospital information system.
- In your varied daily work, you will encounter the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders and work closely with our treatment team from medicine, psychology, nursing, and therapy.
- At our location in Uznach, you will actively participate in handovers, case discussions, and training sessions, maintaining continuous exchange with other practitioners.
- Together with your colleagues, you will engage in public relations and represent Psychiatry St.Gallen professionally and sympathetically externally.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and ideally have already gained professional experience in psychiatry (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck for foreign diplomas required).
- Your interest lies in day clinic, interdisciplinary treatment oriented to the needs of patients and their environment.
- You enjoy planning and leading group therapies and value appreciative exchange with patients.
- You enjoy continuously expanding your expertise, adopting new developments in nursing, and integrating them into your daily work.
- You work independently, are open to new things, and appreciate collaboration in a motivated and committed team.
Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76,000 and 110,000 Swiss francs per year.
