These tasks will inspire you

• Independent planning and implementation of projects in the area of Areas & Technology
• Support of conversion and expansion projects on the infrastructure (heating, ventilation, cooling, steam, water treatment etc.)
• Active assistance in the evaluation, procurement and commissioning of new systems
• Collaboration on productivity and process optimisations
• Monitoring of projects including cost controlling
• Implementation of energy and environmental projects
• Preparation of investment applications including profitability calculations
• Planning and creation of layouts using CAD

We look forward to this profile

• Completed technical basic training
• Further training as a technician TS / HF, industrial foreman, maintenance specialist or similar
• Professional experience in building services engineering
• Project experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Good Office and CAD skills
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented and precise way of working
• Team player with a high degree of social competence and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel approx. 10%
