What to expect
- Taking over technical responsibility for .NET-based applications and ensuring stable operation
- Close collaboration with software engineers, QA, operations/hosting, and security; coordination of configuration and environment adjustments
- Diving into the customers' business processes: analyzing workflows, identifying problems, and developing concrete technical solution proposals
- Supporting customers by comparing options, recognizing technical risks, and presenting alternative solutions
- Contributing to effort estimations, preparing offers, and planning change requests or minor enhancements – step by step towards technical project management
- Analyzing disruptions (2nd/3rd level), root cause analyses, and active co-development in the 3rd-level area to ensure the stability and further development of the applications
- Orchestrating deployments or version changes, monitoring, and documenting the applications
What you bring
- Solid knowledge in .NET / C# as well as experience in operating and debugging complex applications
- Interest in business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements and solution proposals
- Experience in application configuration, parameterization, logging, and monitoring
- Basic knowledge of interfaces (REST, SOAP), integration patterns, and technical dependencies
- Experience with build/release environments (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) and Octopus Deploy
- Ability to estimate efforts and contribute to offers or variant comparisons
- ITIL or project management knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, good communication, self-responsibility
- Team player who enjoys mediating between technology, customers, and engineers
