• Preparation of customer invoices
• Customer-oriented handling of all warranty cases
• Assessment of claims and preparation of warranty and goodwill applications
• First point of contact for questions regarding warranty billing
• Appointment scheduling for all offers and services
• And much more

Our desired profile

• Commercial training, retail specialist or assistant in a car dealership
• Training in the service sector with experience in the automotive sector or completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician / specialist or bodywork technician with commercial experience
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Solid IT skills as well as
• Strong service- and customer-oriented approach
• Solution- and success-oriented thinking
• Teamwork, reliability, organisational talent, resilience
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
