In the exciting and creative profession as a Head Chef, you can ensure a thoroughly fine experience for our guests every day, both at the stove and when plating.

• Personnel deployment planning and leadership, training and further education of employees and apprentices
• Inventory management according to economic principles
• Operational management of the kitchen
• Quality- and assortment-appropriate goods disposition
• Ensuring the set standards in the kitchen

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: as a cook
• Professional experience: Experience in à la carte and banquet areas
• Communication and team skills
• Independent and precise working style
• Organisational flair
• Willingness to work at weekends and irregular hours
• Driving licence category B
• German (B1)
