What your daily routine looks like

You ensure a smooth process in daily business and make sure that quality standards are upheld
You lead your team appreciatively, clearly and supportively in everyday work
You actively participate in outpatient care and take on case management
You coordinate routes, priorities and assignments flexibly and proactively
You are the contact person for employees, clients and the department management
You focus about 40% on leadership and the rest of the time on operational care
