Spare Parts and Shop Employee 100% (m/f)

We are looking for a versatile person, passionate about technology, with solid knowledge in vehicle technology, ideally in agricultural machinery. In this varied position, you combine customer advice, spare parts management, and shop sales, while ensuring optimal supply for the workshop, stock, and customers.

• Customer advice and sale of spare parts, accessories, and small devices in the shop
• Supplying mechanics with necessary spare parts
• Compliance with processes, guidelines, and principles (ordering, goods receipt, storage, sales, returns)
• Analysis of monthly spare parts sales to achieve turnover and margin targets
• Invoice preparation and creditor processing
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the parts department, as well as in stock and shop
• Timely submission of warranty and return requests to ensure maximum coverage
• Coordination of machine rental and provision of equipment

• Basic technical training in agricultural machinery or equivalent training
• Additional commercial training is an advantage
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in customer contact
• Sales sense
• Independence, team spirit, and reliability
• Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Native French speaker with good to very good knowledge of German
